Child Admittance Policy: Children under two years of age are generally not permitted in the theaters. At designated shows, children of all ages are permitted; however, EVERYONE REGARDLESS OF AGE MUST HAVE A TICKET FOR any given performance, including all children's productions.
Late Seating Policy: As a courtesy to all guests, late arrivals and patrons re-entering the theater cannot be seated until a suitable break in the performance occurs. Playhouse Square Center recommends all guests arrive one half-hour before curtain time.
Emergency Notice: In the event of fire or other emergency, please use the exit nearest your seat indicated by a lighted exit sign. This is your shortest route out of the theatre. The ushers will assist you.
First Aid: Contact an usher for assistance.
Restrooms: Located in the main lobbies. Restrooms for the disabled are located in the main lobbies of the Ohio, Hanna, State, Palace and Allen.
Smoking Area: Smoking is prohibited in the Center.
Food and Beverage: Offerings may vary with performances as does the policy of food and beverage allowed into the auditorium. For most shows, lobby bars are open before curtain and during intermissions. Where to Dine

Recording Policy: Cameras, audio/video tape recorders and paging devices are not permitted in theatres and must be checked with the House Manager. Violators may be ejected without refund.
